Paul has nearly 20 years of experience working in the retail sector including senior roles in retail operations, supply chain, and operations development. Paul worked for three of the UK’s largest retailers (M&S, Tesco and Asda) implementing major operational change programmes and core operational roles, including four years as an Asda General Store Manager.
