The business has sold its sophisticated delivery platform – known as the Ocado Smart Platform – to leading grocers across the world, marking their shift from UK online grocer, to global technology solutions provider. They needed an operating model that would support rapid growth while still retaining their innovative and unique culture. This had to deliver best-in-class solutions to their new grocery clients across the world.
